FEE POLICY AND PAYMENT OPTIONS (download
Fee Policy - PDF - 83Kb) At the time of admission the student needs to pay:
- Prospectus and Registration Fee (Non- Refundable)
- Admission Fee (Non- Refundable)
- Refundable Security Deposit
- Tuition fee
A. Tuition Fee
- The Tuition Fee is applicable for the school academic year
from August to July, which is divided into two semesters:
Fall Semester 1st August to 31st January Spring Semester 1st February to 31st July
- The Tuition Fee covers all of the teaching and other expenses
(such as Science Laboratory, Design Technology Workshop, Internal
Examination Administration, Library Development, Computer
Utility Fee & Internet Facility).
- The Tuition Fee does not include or cover field trips and
excursions, extra subject/ learning support, English as a
Second Language coaching, uniforms, textbooks, external examination
fee, transportation, courier charges, stationery, damages,
breakages, hospitalization, specialized coaching for Sports
or other co curricular activities, extra tutorials e.g. SAT,
medical expenses and others.
- There are three options available for payment
of Tuition Fee:
i. Advance Yearly - this carries a 5% rebate on Tuition
Fee only ii. In two installments semester wise iii. iIn four installments bi-semester wise
- All fee payments should be made by the due dates as indicated
in the Fee Schedule.
- School reserves the right to revise/ amend the Fee Schedule.
- Upon availability, if the school is able to offer admission
to a student in the middle of a session the fee payable for
the first semester shall be calculated on pro rata basis for
the balance period for which the student shall attend the
school considering the date of joining as the 1st day of the
month of joining.
B. Transportation Fee
- The day students that opt for daily school transport have
to pay the ‘Transport Fee’ as prescribed from
time to time. The same is payable along with the Tuition Fee;
C. Late Fee
- In the event of late deposit of fee following surcharge
shall be charged:
i. If paid within 30 days of the due date, a surcharge
of 5% on balance due will be charged ii. If paid between 31 and 60 days of fee due, a surcharge
of 10% on balance due will be charged iii. if paid after 60 days of fee due, a surcharge of 15%
on balance due will be charged
- No student whose fee remains unpaid in full or in part will
be allowed to sit for a Board Examination and until the outstanding
fee is received no internal examination results, reports,
Transfer Certificates or recommendations to future schools/
colleges will be issued to the student or parent.
- If the outstanding fee is not paid in full or part following
reminder(s) by end of semester, the child’s name shall
be struck off from the school’s records and all dues
shall be forfeited from the security deposit.
D. Refunds/Withdrawals
- Students wishing to withdraw should give at least one semester’s
notice in writing
- In case of withdrawal, fee pertaining to the semester falling
in the notice period shall be payable by the student.
- In the event of withdrawal without notice the same shall
be forfeited from the security deposit of the student.
- Prospectus/ Registration/ and Admission Fee are Non- Refundable.
- Any instrument/ equipment/ gadget or books and stationery
purchased from/ through the school are Non - Returnable and
thus Non – Refundable.
- WAIVER: In case the withdrawal in writing
happens within the first two weeks of joining the School,
being satisfied of valid and strong reasons for the same the
School may exempt the student from payment of annual tuition
fee. All other fee shall remain non - refundable.
E. Security Deposit
- Any unpaid dues of the student shall be recovered from
his/her Security Deposit.
- The Security Deposit shall be refunded within 30 days of
withdrawal/ passing out of the student after adjusting unpaid
dues, if any.
F. Bank Charges
- All bank charges pertaining to inward remittance of school fee, if any, shall be debited to the student's account.
- In the event of cheque/ draft return, a sum of Rs. 1000.00 besides the bank charges shall be debited to the student's account.
G. Breakages/Damages
- All breakages and damages caused by students will be charged along with the Tuition Fee.
H. Hospitalization
- All related costs of hospitalization for injuries caused in the premises of the school will be charged along with the tuition fee.
PAYMENT OPTION
- Advance Yearly - this carries a 5% rebate on Tuition Fee only
- In two installments semester wise
- In four installments bi-semester wise
