Chairperson
A retired Naval officer, Commander Arshad Gilani, is the representative of the TMG group responsible for televising cricket across the world. He is also a founding Director of Nandos, the fast food chain.

Ismat Kahlon
Director
Mrs. Kahlon is the owner of JI art gallery in Bath Island. She is on the governing boards of many charity organizations including the Kidney Center and Special Olympics.

Taymur Mirza
Principal/Secretary
On completion of his Bachelors degree from Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ, USA, Taymur returned to Pakistan to be the founder of the first national K-12 school to offer the education programs of the International Baccalaureate Organization. He raised funds from the private sector. He manages a growing staff of 55 personnel in 8 education departments and 4 administrative departments and reports on the growth, promotion and development of the school and the program which consists of students from 13 nationalities: American, Bahranian, British, Canadian, Danish, Irish, Libyan, Pakistani, Filipino, Swedish, Turkish, Iranian and Chinese. He is a trained IB school program evaluator and examiner.
