SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL AID

A limited Scholarship and Financial Aid fund has been created by the School Board. To avail this facility, please attach legible copies of the following documents with the completed financial aid application form:

1. Last Years Tax Return
2. Proof Of Employment (For Salaried Personnel)
3. Proof Of Income (For Salaried Personnel)
4. One Years' Electric Bill
5. One Years' Telephone Bill
6. National Identity Card
7. Six Month Bank Statement (If You Own a Business or are Self Employed)
8. Lease Agreement (If Living in Rented Premises)

The Bank Statement, Lease Agreement and copies of utilities bill will be returned after review
