A structured program for teaching effective skill is instituted at the school. The aim of the ATL program is to develop skills and understanding for
- Thinking
(Creative and Critical)
- Organization
(Effective study habits, home study, time management)
- Communication
(Presentation, group interaction, respect for cultures)
- Social Values and relationships
(Readiness to learn, sense of effort, self discipline, team spirit)
In this year the students will develop Communication Skills by
- Accepting differences of opinion
- Constructive critics
- Criticizing ideas and not people
- Discussing thoughts
- Ability to communicate experiences
- Knowing your audience
- Becoming receptive to different cultural views
- Extending on others ideas
